El Gordo Burrito


Large flour tortilla stuffed with beans, Pico de Gallo salsa, and your choice of Al Pastor (marinated pork tenderloin), ground Beef Picadillo, shredded Chicken Barbacoa, or shredded Beef Barbacoa covered in authentic Mexican chile rojo sauce with melted cheddar and jack cheese.

Manny’s Specialty Burrito


Large flour tortilla stuffed with beans, sautéed red and green bell peppers and onions, and your choice of Carne Asada or Pollo Asado, topped with an authentic Mexican chile verde sauce, melted cheddar and jack cheese.

Burrito estilo Ranchero Vegetarian


Large Flour tortilla filled with fresh broccoli, yellow squash, zucchini, cauliflower, green beans, sliced carrot then topped with authentic Mexican Chile Rojo Sauce with melted cheddar and jack cheese.

Chimichanga


A large flour tortilla stuffed with beans, Pico de Gallo salsa and your choice of shredded Beef Barbacoa or Shredded Chicken Barbacoa. It’s fried to a crispy golden brown in 100% cholesterol-free corn oil, then smothered in an authentic Mexican chile rojo sauce, topped with melted cheddar and jack cheese.
