First Course
House Salad
House salad served with Chipotle ranch dressing.
Second Course
7 Seas Burrito
Fresh jumbo sea scallops. mahi mahi and jumbo white shrimp sautéed
with mixed bell peppers and shallots. Topped with both jalapeño and chipotle cream sauces.
Crab Stuffed Jumbo White Shrimp or Jumbo Scallops
Grilled jumbo white shrimp or scallops stuffed with crab meat, wrapped in bacon and served with jalapeño cream sauce.
Chicken Tequila
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and jalapeño cream sauce
Sea Bass or Halibut
Choice of an avocado lemon butter sauce or with jalapeño cream sauce and bay shrimp
Salmon al Tequila
Served on a bed of jalapeño cream sauce and topped with sautéed poblano and bell peppers and splashed with tequila.
Blackened Ahi Tuna
Blackened with Cajun seasoning and served on a bed of jalapeño cream sauce

Chopped fresh Romaine lettuce, black beans, sweet corn, jicama, cilantro, jack cheese, diced tomatoes and crispy corn tortilla strips tossed together with our homemade jalapeño ranch dressing. Topped with your choice of: BBQ Chicken Breast; Cajun Mexican jumbo shrimp; or blackened ahi tuna
Fish Tacos
Grilled swordfish, red snapper or cajun mahi mahi marinated in garlic sauce, brushed with seasonings and served on corn tortillas, a bed of red cabbage, pico de gallo salsa and ranch dressing. Topped with jack cheese
Enchiladas Rancheras
